Cancellation Policy

At High Vibing Academy with Rose Petz, we value your time and energy as much as our own. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies to all scheduled appointments, sessions, and consultations. Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in being charged up to 50% of the session fee. No-Shows If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future sessions. Late Arrivals If you are late to your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. Emergency Considerations We understand that life happens. If there is an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate. By booking an appointment with High Vibing Academy, you agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
